Inspirational Session Extended Reality

For FrieslandCampina, we had the opportunity to organize an inspiration session focused on the expansive world of Extended Reality (XR), including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), 360-degree experiences, interactive installations, and more. This session was designed for global marketing teams, brand managers, and trainees to expand their knowledge on AR and VR. We kicked off with a presentation that introduced everyone to the broad scope of XR, setting a common ground of understanding. Following the presentation, the employees had a chance to experience AR and VR first-hand to grasp the impact of XR, thanks to breakout rooms where we delved deeper into the subject and its possibilities in smaller groups. We didn’t just stop at examples; we provided unique experiences tailored to FrieslandCampina’s industry. We concluded the day with a brainstorming session aimed at generating ideas for leveraging AR and VR for FrieslandCampina’s marketing objectives. During this brainstorm, we also considered the relevance of applying these technologies to create new business opportunities.

By allowing participants to immediately experience the theoretical knowledge gained and then apply it in a brainstorming session, we ensured valuable repetition and practical application of the offered theory. This made the session extremely useful and valuable, leaving employees with a bag full of ideas and possibilities at the end of the day. XR becomes truly interesting when you understand how and why you can utilize it.
