Virtual Meeting and company trip

At Janssen, they were looking for two remote collaboration options.  Firstly, the ability to connect digitally during the times of COVID-19. Secondly to find a way to inject some light-hearted fun into dark times. This naturally led them to Virtual Reality remote collaboration.

Using Glue, we created themed spaces for Janssen where board members and decision-makers could still meet for meetings and collaborative sessions in a personal and interactive manner, even from remote locations. To ensure everyone was comfortable navigating the environment and interactions, we provided one-on-one VR training sessions. Additionally, personalized Oculus Quest 2 box sleeves were included for shipping.

The organization became so enthusiastic about VR that we eventually organized a VR company outing as well. Janssen’s team engaged in activities such as laser tag, bowling, airsoft, and more, all in a VR environment from the comfort of their homes.
